Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment Extended Care in Hobe Sound, FL
Extended care drug and alcohol rehab is designed for people who are new to recovery or have had previous difficulty remaining clean and sober from drugs and alcohol after an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program. Extended care is a 90-365 day alcohol and drug rehab treatment program designed to assist clients with newly learned sobriety ways of living and putting them into practice. The first 90 days of recovery are the most important in remaining clean and sober, and it can be terrifying for some people. An extended care alcohol and drug treatment program can help make transitioning into a new life of sobriety easier. At Unity we have a phased step down drug and alcohol treatment program to assist in transitioning our clients back into the workforce and in connecting with the recovering community in Florida. An example of our phased drug and alcohol treatment program in FL is listed below.
Extended care:
- Phase 1: PHP/Intensive Inpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment- Intense daily educational and process groups. Daily AA/ NA meetings while living in 24 hour structured community care. 30-90 days
- Phase 2: Intensive IOP Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Program - While job hunting, the client will remain in attendance of intense daily educational and process groups. Daily AA/ NA meetings while living in 24 hour structured community care. Client will have an opportunity to go out of job interviews. Client will be in group every morning and work every afternoon and return to community housing and join the community for a 12 step meeting in the evening. 30-90 days
- Phase 3: IOP Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment Program - Client will be transitioned into a half-way house and attend IOP 3 x per week, continue to go to AA/NA meetings daily, and will continue individual therapy 2 x per month. 90 days
- Phase 4: Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment Program- As the client progresses in their recovery, group sessions will be reduced to 1 time per week and individual therapy 2 times per month based on the client needs. 90 days
- Phase 5: Continuing Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment: Individual alcohol and drug outpatient treatment group 1 time per week. Unlimited days provided for lifetime.
